By downloading, accessing, or using Orin, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What Orin does
Orin helps you capture and organise life admin such as responsibilities, reminders, bills, subscriptions, tasks, and stored items. Orin is a support tool. It does not replace your own judgement, calendar, payment obligations, legal obligations, or professional advice.
Subscriptions
Orin Premium may be available as an auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store. Current products may include Orin Premium Monthly and Orin Premium Yearly. Apple handles purchase, renewal, cancellation, refund, and subscription management.
Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, an auto-renewing subscription may renew according to Apple’s App Store terms. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Free and Premium features
Orin may offer a free core experience and Premium features such as unlimited responsibilities, iCloud sync, weekly review, behavioural patterns, and advanced nudges. Feature availability can change as Orin improves, but we will avoid removing paid functionality without a clear product reason.
Apple services
Some features rely on Apple services such as iCloud, StoreKit, Notifications, Calendar, Reminders, Speech Recognition, Camera, and Photos. Those services may be controlled by your device settings, Apple ID, region, network, and Apple’s own terms.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Orin, attempt to reverse engineer paid access, interfere with app operation, or use Orin in a way that violates law or the rights of others.
No guarantee of reminders
Orin aims to provide helpful reminders and priority context, but no notification system is perfect. Device settings, Focus modes, battery state, network state, iCloud availability, and permissions may affect delivery. You remain responsible for important deadlines, bills, and obligations.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orin is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Orin.
Changes
We may update these terms as Orin changes. The effective date above will show when the latest version applies.
